Horse Ride and Wheeler Farms

FUN LONG TRIP!!

We returned today from a very FUN road trip. Kaiya is the best car traveler. We averaged a minimum of 3 hours in a day of driving. She played with her toys, looked for flags and trains, and sometimes went about making up a song. Our first day on our trip we drove from Phoenix to Las Vegas to Cedar City. We spent the night in Cedar City and Kaiya woke up at 5:30 a.m. to say, "Mom Car Go." She was ready to get in the car and go again! I wasn't however, so we went back to bed for a few more hours. She is so silly.

We had a great time in Grantsville with Great Uncle Cory. She stayed up and played with him till about 11 p.m. our first night there. She was constantly looking for him if we weren't with him. She definitely likes him.

On Monday, we went to Wheeler Farms with a couple of friends/cousins. We went with Mom's friends/cousins Meagan, Tiffany, Jennifer, and Rachel! We had lots of fun with them and their kids. We had a picnic lunch by a stream and then went to see all the animals. We also enjoyed a FUN ride on wagon of a tractor. After Wheeler Farms, we visited Cousin Meagans pool and went swimming. It was lots of fun!

Off we were to visit our 3M cousins, Madison, McKenzie, and Meriden in Idaho Falls. We hit a major rain storm and Kaiya slept through it all! We spent two fun days with them, but the two full days we had weren't enough. Kaiya sure loves the 3Ms.

We spent the night at our friend Wes, Rachel, Lauren, and Chloe the Dogs house. That was lots of fun and again no enough time! We enjoyed what little time we had and wish we could have more or live close again!

Finally, we were back to Las Vegas to our family friends wedding. Mom and Kaiya had lots of fun. Kaiya really enjoyed the wedding cake.

Little Bit of Fun

Kaiya and I have been on a road trip while Prasan is in Sri Lanka. We just wanted to share a few of our fun moments while we are on a pit stop before we hit the road again. Among the highlights were
- Riding our FIRST HORSE with Uncle Cory
- Going to Wheeler Farms with lots of other kids and mom's friends
- Going to the "Purple Par" as Kaiya called it.
- Having her FIRST SLEEP OVER with her cousin's Madison and MacKenzie

Family Picture - FINALLY WORKED!!

Ok, we went and did family pictures! Kaiya was all but cooperative. She enjoys just playing and we haven't mastered the art of sitting and smiling yet! Two year olds! Here are a few images we got, none are perfect, but they are still pretty cute!!

Planting Flowers

Kaiya and I planted flowers in Grammy's flower beds two weeks ago. This is Kaiya hauling the flowers from mom's car to the beds. She wasn't much interested in the planting as she was in the hauling and watering. She LOVES to water the flowers!
