Favorite winter beverage? HOT COCO!!!!
Fave Christmas candy? Nuts out of a See's Candy Box - - yes, I am the annoying person who leaves everything else and eats only the NUTS!!

Fave candy cane flavor? color? HATE CANDY CANES!

Favorite christmas cookie? Chocolate Chip
Favorite Christmas song? to sing? to listen to? Celine Dions So this is Christmas

Fave Christmas movie? Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer

Fave christmas story? Twas the Night Before Christmas

Fave christmas colors? RED and GOLD

actual color scheme for your decor? No real color I picked, my mom start buying me Snow Men in the BLUE and WHITES (I don't really love them, but I love her!)
Fave christmas tradition? as a kid? with your own family? As a kid, I have lots of favorites. First, my parents told us that Santa's elfs were out watching us as soon as Halloween was over. I remember looking out the windows with my brother trying to find one peeking out from the trees or bushes. Also, my parents told us that letter from Santa were to be placed on the front porch, for the elves to pick up or maybe I thought a magical wind carried them to the north pole. So, we always put our letter on the front porch. Now, I figure it was so the Postman wouldn't take them and they have no idea what we wanted for Christmas. LOVED that! Finally, my mom always made cheese balls for family, friends, and neighbors. I loved running cheese balls to people houses on Christmas Eve. Many people would wait for my mom's cheese ball to arrive. Finally, Christmas Day afternoon, we would go to my maternal Grandparents home, there all our 1st cousins would gather to exchange gifts! I loved it!! It was fun to share what you got for Christmas and there was always one more gift to look forward to all day long!!

We haven't really started any . . . my bad!! Kaiya is still young!!

Tree topper? star? Angel? other? do tell! pictures score extra cool points. Gold metal star, my favorite old school is the silver metalic with the tinsel edging and the multi colored small lights in the center. That is what our star was like growing up, we inherited it from my Great Grandma, the lady who raised my father. So, it was pretty special . . . wonder who will inherit that later?!? Better put my dibs on it!

Christmas lights display?your house? to drive by? small bulbs? large bulbs? white? multi colored? simple? Griswald? again pictures are a bonus here too.

fave holiday icon collection?? Santa? nativity? snowmen? Nativity . . . I have nativities from all over the WORLD!! I am continuing to get more from ASIA! My mom starte collecting for herself about 10 years ago, and let us in on the action. Our souvenirs from her travels are always a Christmas ornament and a nativity if she can find one. But, my little collection of nativities if my favorite!

christmas card? picture? letter? I do the letter and picture. This year, it will be a picture card of Kaiya only. No desire to write up the sad events of my life this year!! Someone said, "29th years is the worst." I think they jinxed me!!

what is more fun for you White Elephant? or Draw secret Santa names? Secret Sanya
Holiday budget? extravagant or low budget? what do you wish it was? Mine is more mid, I only have one kid! YEAH! Wish it was extravagent or at least able to get what they really want!! Got that from my parents . . . example: my older brother changed his mind on what he wanted santa to bring him on Christmas Eve about 8 p.m. one year. Wrote the letter, put it on the front porch. Any normal parent would have just gone with the original. Oh no! My parents at the 11th hour, swapped out the motorcycle for the 3 wheeler! I pray that never happens to me!! So, I have a built in need to get what they want!!

Tree? real or fake? prelit ? Green or flocked? I prefer REAL, but budget means fake. It is prelit (I was the Christmas light putter on-er growing up! I hate putting them on now!!) GREEN - YUCK Flocked . . . my mom loves flocked. So, we always had two trees, one flocked for her and the other green for the rest of us!!

best gifts are? homemade? or store bought? For grandparents and parents, homemade. For siblings and self unless from my daughter store bought!

which is better in your opinion? surprises galore? or being sneaky and peeking? Well, can I say, I usually purchase my own Christmas present since being married, wrap it up and leave it till Christmas. So . . . . neither!! I do like surprises, but I would rather like what I get than have the bad surprise!!

do you do thank you cards for christmas gifts? No . . . but, now I am thinking, maybe I should . . . . . . hum. . . . great!
