Memory Lane

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

So let's have it! Don't be shy! What do you remember? Anything funny, silly...

Hollie, never got to the dances! Didn't get to be around for the soap opera! That all happened post my time! The group had just started hanging out with you and the "tempe girls" when I took my exit! Sure wish I had! I guess I got the start of the DRAMA and a little second hand from Heidi!!!

I knew that there were others but I could not for the life of me remember. Then, at 3:oo in the morning what do you know, White Ceddar popcorn pops into my head!!! Oh the great times!!

I just noticed this entry on your blog. How about late night sleep interruptions because you just HAD to tell someone about what was happening with Prasan...even though I had known you for less than a week!! =)

Karina, in my defense, I do have to say . . . you had already invested yourself by his Sunday night visits to talk about me with you and Sandy. And we will also mention his borrowing your cell phone to call me. Aren't you glad I did?

Lots to pick from! First to come to mind is sitting in the church parking lot talking for hours and second is coming to your house for help with invitations. (My sister still asks about you!)

I remember being in Elder Searle's Book of Mormon class when we were both freshmen at BYU-H. He was talking something about the Book of Mormon being Another Testament and for some reason there was a big stir in the room with exasperated students who'd tried to share that information with friends but were shot down. You were the only one who raised your hand and asked a solid question: "What about when they bring up Revelations . . . " and went on to quote a scripture. I was like, "Wow. Janan knows her stuff!"

Oh dude. SUCH good times. :)

I still remember Elder Ellis's face when we showed up in those fluorescent dresses. Isn't there a picture of that somewhere...?

I remember Brother Hiler telling us how he thought the Mormons were like the Amish, and how we both thought that was hilarious.

Also? Getting Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzards with you at the local Dairy Queen. So awesome.
