I don't really know when it happened, but Kaiya developed a love for flowers! And her Grammy introduced her to "pressing flowers." Which in turn has sprouted many the bookmark, and just laminated flower! There is not often a day, that she spends sometime outside, that she doesn't bring me in some flower she has found! Many times, I will find that I have bowls and cups filled with water and her latest flower find inside scattered about my kitchen!
This weekend, her dad took her camping. She called me on Saturday and left a message about how she had found some wildflowers for me. She picked them and was bringing them to me. Sure enough, she arrived home, and there were my wildflowers with some "pioneer toilet paper." I am amazed they lasted from Saturday till Sunday afternoon. 
You can't really see the pioneer toilet paper in the picture, but it is there!
I love my little flower lover! I love how much she loves being in the outdoors!! I was surfing thru pictures, and found just a few of my cutie enjoying the beauty of the earth, and a few of the beauty I for a long time didn't see in this dry arid place we live.
