HOME

We are HOME!! However, we are absolutely TIRED!! Ok, not right now! Kaiya and I both got sick from Granddad the last day there. So, we were too pooped to try to stay up till a normal bedtime hour. We laid down for a nap at 5 p.m. and well, we woke up at MIDNIGHT!! So, here I sit at 2;13 a.m. BLOGGING . . . wishing I was in bed! But, I know my very well rested 2 YEAR OLD isn't going to go right back to bed after just waking up! Her dad on the other hand thinks she is . . . she went to bed with him, that lasted all of 2 MINUTES!!

Of course my picture (aka camera) is in the bedroom where he is sleeping!! SILLY ME! Or trying to sleep at this point while Kaiya pounds on the play piano. Should I sneak in to get them??? HUM!!!! Here I go . . . . may as well put some up while I wait for Kaiya to get some what ready to fall asleep again!

Testing out Blogger video. This is suppose to be a video of the panda bears we saw our first full day there! These two are pandas that China gave to Hong Kong as a gift when they went back to the control of China. The girls all loved it! Grammy bought them all panda bear stuffed animals, and Kaiya's has been her new best friend ever since.

Morning #1

This is a picture of the "Wet Market" just outside my parent's apartment. Did I mention I got to stay at the apartment with the three older grand girls and Grammy. So, the first morning we went to the "wet market" what an experience. Can you say, LIVE FISH, DEAD ANIMALS, and a very DISTINCT SMELL!! So, this is Kaiya and I standing in the Wet Market. I also have to say, who ever thought Vegas was the CITY of lights has never been to the streets of Mong Kok at night!!
