Yesterday, we celebrated Kaiya's 3rd Birthday. It was lots of fun. It was her first birthday with kids she was friends with. I kept them number invited to three kids, only two showed up, giving us three total! It was LOTS OF FUN!! Grammy, Granddad, Uncle Cary, Christie, Karina, and Jenn were also there for the celebrations!
We had a "pinyahta" as Kaiya would say! She loved it! I think the hit was the hitting of the pinata! The candy got old quick. We opened presents and everyone was very generous. My dad asked her what she wanted for her birthday a week ago. She responded, "a purple music box." I didn't think he would find one. But the found a really cute one that they placed picture of Kaiya in. She loves it! Has fallen in love with music boxes since I gave her one of her great great grandma's that I had.
We played a little "pin the gem on Strawberry Shortcakes crown." That was fun. And of course, there was the ice cream! It was the perfect three year old party!! We had lots of fun!!!

Happy Birthday Kaiya! Wow, I can't believe she is already 3! I remember when you called me up and told me you were pregnant! Time sure flies by! (is that the right way to spell flies? fly's?) I'm glad you have a fun party! I just realized I wrote almost the same thing as this other person! Oh well!
