I have been blessed with some super amazing friends in my life! They all came into my life during really unlikely times! One of these amazing friends is celebrating her BIRTHDAY today! I have not felt well, and have been dragging my feet all day on this one, but I cannot let her think she doesn't matter to me!
Karlea, our friendship started as meer acquaitances because we both seemed to hang out with the same group of boys off and on during our Junior year of H.S., and a little bit our Senior! Through those two years, we never really chatted!! The LAST DAY of SCHOOL came, we had finished "practicing" for the graduation ceremony and were allowed to leave! However, there we stood in the parking lot of good old MVT chatting! We continued to chat without noticing that every other car in the parking lot had left . . . . I still remember the scene of our two lone cars and the NOTEBOOK PAPER being carried through the parking lot on a slight breeze! We spent nearly 2 - 3 hours that day talking!!
Graduation was over and we both went off to college! We didn't keep in touch with each other at all. My second year at BYU Provo and your third year there we happened to walk past each other on campus! That we have to admit was an AMAZING FEAT since for two year I never walked past anyone else I knew, even roommates! We exchanged phone numbers and our fantastic friendship was rekindled!
We were nearly inseparable that year, with the exception of living in different apartments! To be honest, that PROVED FABULOUS since my roommates drove me NUTS!! You were with me through LOTS of decisions in life . . . chop my hair off for the first time, go back to BYU Hawaii, leaving on a mission, and lets not forget BOY DRAMA!! Boy DRAMA could go on forever!!
Needless to say, as our path separated again, we remained close! You are that person I can instantly pick up my friendship with, no matter how long it has been! I love that! You have a great concern for others . . . and you are truly genuine! Not to mention you have mad talent!! THank you for being such a fabulous friend for nearly 13 years!

So...I didn't see your sweet birthday post until today. Thank you. Yes...I remember our lone Mt. View chat. Ummmm...I really remmeber liking Mt. View when it was empty!!! Haha...we really should have roomed together that year...damn the roommates!!! Anyway...thanks again for your birthday note. On the occasion of the third anniversary of my 29th birthday...it was very much appreciated! YOu're next!!
