Paint

So, if you have talked to me at all, you know that I HATE the COLOR of my exterior walls on my house! I hate the front door . . . it is just plan WHITE, oh I mean BEIGE - - so beige that it all looks white. So, I have been on a hunt to find a color scheme I like enough to go through all the effort of asking the HOA (I dislike those to, fact of life now days). So, I found some. And I am painting my doors RED!! I am telling you this RED BOLD thing is ME!!

So, last night I bought a little paint to do a TEST STRIPE on my home make sure I LIKE IT!! Here are the pictures! And just imagine a burnt red door!! YUMMmMmMmMY!!!!



I am toying with the idea of test striping the side of my house with the red door . . . trying to be careful not to get caught and find by the HOA with all my test stripes! The back stripe is behind a apple tree (hard to see from the CANAL). So, what do you think of my new color? Prasan is actually excited to do this work . . . yep, we are doing it ourself. Now we just have to save for all the PAINT!!
