JOY!!

Kaiya wanted a picture of us when she saw me taking my before and afters!!

So, I have a NEW JOY!! Are you ready ??? I am still in SHOCK!! My "SKINNY JEANS" are now my "FAT JEANS!!" Yes, that is right!! I had to go buy a new pair of jeans because old SKINNY JEANS were too big!!! YIPPEE!! And, shockingly . . . I am wearing the same size jean I wore in high school . .

So, that leaves me asking . . . do sizes run big now??? I use to swear they made clothes smaller than when I was younger, maybe skinnier . . .now, I wonder . . . ARE THE MAKING SIZES LARGER? Because I don't believe I am the same size I was in H.S.

I can't figure it out!! Oh well! I am over joyed at the fact that I am down 5 pant sizes!! Hello! I decided to add a picture . . .

Story to these skinny jeans - - I had bought a pair the size bigger . . . and my then try on advisers said they were too tight (Prasan) and made me look fat (Kaiya). So, I went to a friend and tried them on for her . . . her response, "First of all, those are too big for you!!" What proceeded then was a half hour discussion on how there was no way I am the size she said I was and she was just wrong . . . that I hadn't worn that size since H.S. there was no way . . . . She continued her point that I have a body image issue if I think I was the size I bought because they were falling off me! So, to PROVE HER WRONG (I know, that is so ME to do stuff to prove people WRONG), I went and tried on the size she said I was! GRRRRrrrRRRRRrrrrr!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Yep, I could zip those pants up, and be absolutely comfortable in them, they actually fit verses have a gap at the waist! So, after the two seconds of being mad that she was right, and I was wrong, JOY HIT!!! I have been loving me NEW SKINNY JEANS ever since!! She hasn't seen the new skinny jeans yet! But, she will!!!


There are my best I can do for before and after! I have decided, maybe the STUNNING I am getting of the difference is that I looked without the big baggie shirt I have on . . . so, I may replace these later . . . when I have on a more fitted shirt! Still . . . a size 16 to a size 8 - I must say I am pretty happy with my self!!!
