Sunday in Hawaii - Church, No swimming! 12-28-2008

All the girls wore their ALOHA dresses from the swap meet to Church today! They all looked dang cute! I am hoping the SIL got a picture because I some how over looked the cute photo opportunity! HELLO!! We don't have a single picture of aloha dressed girls! I can't believe it!

After church, we had a delicious roast for dinner!I love roast beef dinner. I broke my diet for one potato and a slice of bread! YUMMY!

The rule on Sunday is always no swimming! I think this left the girls feeling a little like what do we do . . . but, GRANDDAD came to the rescue with a trip to the beach for those who wanted to go! Only Kaiya and M1 took him up on the offer! We walked across the golf course, picking up any lost golf balls we found on the way. Picture of Granddad's "collection and hobby" while in Hawaii:

Not only does he find and collect the golf balls golfers are either too lazy to look for, but he enjoys trying to get everyone to count how many he has . . . M1 did a fabulous job of counting them for him. He also tries to beat his daily record! The record to date is 23 golf balls in one day found!!

Once at the ocean, we put our feet in, and ended up pretty wet! After they were good and wet, it started to down pour pretty good! So, they headed for cover till we could make it back across the golf course without too much rain and wind! All in all, it was a pretty fun day!
